HybridGen is a hybrid power system that makes use of solar or wind

Mining Australia - 02/07/09 An advanced hybrid power system devised by Perth-based Regen Power was recently installed at the Eco Beach Wilderness Resort near Broome that could provide mining companies in remote areas of Australia with a less expensive way of generating their power. According to Regen, the automated solar and diesel system can be monitored from thousands of miles away to optimise power input and output, helping to reduce costs. Read more

Comment News - 12/05/09 AN INITIATIVE to harness renewable energy to power phone towers in remote areas will be the focus of a Government-funded partnership between a local company and a Curtin University masters student. Canning Vale-based company Regen Power was the first organisation to be awarded funding under the Australian Government's $10 million dollar Researchers in Business program.
